Hi everyone,
I built SECAPP because I noticed that many physical security operations are still managed through paper forms, phone calls, Excel sheets, and scattered messages.
Security work is very operational: guards need to hand over shifts, scan patrol points, report incidents, follow client-specific instructions, and supervisors need a clear overview of what is happening in the field.
The idea behind SECAP is to bring these workflows into one modular platform: shift handovers, QR patrols, incident reports, interventions, tasks, and real-time reporting for supervisors and clients.
It is not meant to replace certified alarm receiving centers or professional monitoring infrastructure. The focus is on the operational layer around security work — the part that is often still poorly digitized.
I would really appreciate feedback from people who have experience with security companies, facility management, field teams, or other operational businesses.
