SEC Radar
Find transaction facts in SEC filings, with evidence
SEC Radar helps you understand what SEC filings actually say about a transaction. Search a ticker or CIK, choose a filing, and get structured transaction facts with supporting SEC evidence. Every established fact is traceable to its source. When evidence isn't sufficient, SEC Radar says “Not established” or “Review Required” instead of guessing. No signup required.
I built SEC Radar because I kept running into the same problem with SEC filings: finding the information is one thing, but being confident that the number or transaction fact is actually supported by the filing is another.
So I built a small evidence-first workflow:
1. Search a ticker or CIK
2. Pick an SEC filing
3. Extract transaction facts
4. Inspect the exact evidence behind each established fact
5. Copy the citation or verify it directly in the SEC filing
The product is intentionally conservative. If the evidence isn't sufficient, it says “Not established” or “Review Required” rather than pretending to know.
I'm launching this to learn from real users.
If you work with SEC filings, I'd especially like you to try a company you already know well and tell me:
• What information did you expect but couldn't find?
• Which result looked wrong or incomplete?
• What would make this genuinely useful in your workflow?
No signup required. I'd rather hear where it breaks than hear that it looks nice.
