I'm Sam, the maker. I spent years designing luxury interiors before I built software. Virtual staging always bothered me: the tools made empty rooms look beautiful, but ignored the law. Buyers were being shown homes that didn't exist, and agents were taking the liability.
Then California passed AB 723 (effective Jan 1, 2026), every digitally altered listing photo now has to be disclosed, with a label, the original image, and an audit trail. NWMLS and the NAR Code of Ethics added similar rules. Most staging tools just kept making pretty pictures.
So we built SEAREI. For any listing, it generates the disclosure label, hosts the original photo on a public verification page (with a QR code buyers can scan), and issues a tamper-evident compliance certificate. Beautiful staging + automatic legal proof, in one package.
