Sculptform
Turn messy notes into a form worth sending.
Describe your form in a sentence, or hand over notes and voice memos. Sculptform reads them together, reconciles contradictions, and ships one clean form respondents fill in without signing up. Branching built in. Analytics that respect it.
I built Sculptform because I kept running into the same frustrating pattern. I'd have what I needed: meeting notes, a half-written brief, and a voice memo I'd recorded while walking, and I'd still spend an afternoon rewriting it into a form someone could actually fill out.
Every AI form tool I tried wanted a clean brief. "Give me a sentence," it would say, "and I'll generate the form." But the sentence was the hard part. The reason I was reaching for the tool was that I had messy input, not clean input.
So I built the thing I wanted:
Hand over any mix of sources: notes, documents, voice memos, and even ones that contradict each other.
Sculptform reads them together and reconciles them into one coherent form.
It shows you every judgement call it made along the way, which questions it combined, which contradictions it noticed, and how it resolved them. Nothing hidden.
A few things I'm quietly proud of:
Branching that respects you. Conditional flows work for respondents, and the analytics respect them. No more "percentage" numbers that quietly include people who were never shown the question.
Respondents never sign up. Share a link; they fill the form; done. A form you can't share is a form that doesn't exist.
Everything shippable. File uploads, deadlines, close when full, rich link previews, response analytics, CSV export, and light and dark modes. A product, not a prototype.
Try it with the ugliest brief: you have a Slack thread you dumped into a doc, a half-written spec, or a transcript. See whether it comes back readable.
And tell me where it breaks. I'm here all day, answering comments and fixing bugs in real time.

Who hunted Sculptform?
Sculptform was hunted by Olagunju Afeez. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
