I’m Naresh, a CS student from India and the solo developer behind ScrollBlock.
I realized the problem wasn’t social media... it was the endless short-form feeds that would suck hours. I still wanted YouTube for tutorials and Instagram for messages, but I’d open the apps and lose an hour to Shorts or Reels.
So I built ScrollBlock.
Instead of blocking entire apps, it removes only the addictive parts while keeping everything else available.
