Hi Product Hunt — Scroll 4.0 is a complete podcast-first rebuild.
We started Scroll as a broader creator social platform. The product had too many directions. This release brings it back to one clear promise: host your podcast and promote it.
Creators can set up a show, publish finished audio or video from their phone, own a Podcasting 2.0 RSS feed, work through directory distribution, see listener analytics, and make captioned vertical or square promo clips from eligible episodes. Listeners get a dedicated place to discover, follow, catch up, play, and discuss podcasts.
What changed most is focus. Live streaming, generic short-form video, and private messaging are gone. Public show updates, episode discussions, follows, notifications, and profiles remain because they help creators stay close to listeners.
