scrobble.life
One free history for everything you listen to and watch
Scrobble.life auto-logs the music and movies/TV you play, all in one history. Install the browser extension and it tracks Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Netflix, Disney+ and more. The site adds charts, stats, song pages with synced lyrics, a live feed, and daily games made from your own history (one plays a 15-second clip of a song you've played and you name it). Completely free: no ads, no subscriptions, no paywalled stats. Your listening history stays portable and yours.
Hey Product Hunt, maker here.
I'm more of an "ideas guy" than a developer, and this is one I finally got to build (solo, with a lot of AI help). The problem I kept hitting: the record of what I listen to and watch is either locked inside one service (and gone if it shuts down or paywalls it), or split across a different app for music, movies, podcasts and so on.
Scrobble.life is my attempt at one home for all of it. Install the extension and it auto-logs what you play across Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Netflix, Disney+ and more. The site turns that into charts, stats, song pages with synced lyrics, a live feed of what everyone's playing, and the part that surprised me by being the most fun: daily games built from your own history. One plays a 15-second snippet of a song you've actually played and you have to name it.
It's completely free, with no ads, no subscriptions, and no paywall on your own stats. Your history stays portable and yours, not trapped in my database.
It's early and built solo, so I'd genuinely love feedback on what's confusing, what's missing, or what would actually make you switch. Thanks for taking a look.
