Scoura
Score the role, not the candidate.
Scoura is a job search platform that gives every role you're considering a real fit score - covering skills, comp, scope, and red flags - before you spend an hour on an application. Track roles across List, Kanban, or Match Type boards, catch ghosting and scam listings automatically, see how companies actually treat applicants with Scourcard, and ask plain-English questions about your own job search with Ask Scoura.

I built Scoura because I kept applying to jobs and only realizing three paragraphs in that the "remote" role wanted quarterly office visits, or the salary range was way off what I needed. Every tool out there scores you against the job. Scoura flips that. Paste a job description, and it scores the job against you, flagging comp mismatches, location red flags, and the stuff buried at the bottom of the listing that you'd normally waste five minutes finding out the hard way. It also tracks your applications and catches when a company goes quiet on you, something no tracker I found actually does well. If you're already tracking applications somewhere else, you can import your existing tracker straight into Scoura, no need to start from scratch. There's also Ask Scoura built in, so you can ask follow-up questions about a specific listing or your results instead of just staring at a score wondering why. Would love feedback from anyone who's job hunted recently. What's the weirdest red flag you've found buried in a job post?
