Top comment

Hi everyone - I built ScienceTracker to make it easier for researchers to monitor their academic metrics without repeatedly checking several different services. ScienceTracker is a free Windows app that tracks publications, citations, h-index and profile changes across Google Scholar, Scopus, OpenAlex and ORCID. It can run in the system tray, notify you when metrics change, and provide additional analytics such as citation trends, journal quartiles, publication-level insights and progress toward the next h-index. The project is independently developed and currently free to use. I’d be very interested in feedback from researchers and academics: which metrics or workflows would you most like to see improved or added next?
