I built SceneBox after noticing how difficult it is to explain what actually happened on site.
A repair visit, inspection, property handover, or public issue report may involve notes, photos, videos, recordings, locations, and small details that matter. These usually become scattered across several apps. Sending the raw files gives the recipient evidence, but not the full story.
SceneBox keeps everything from one visit together and turns it into a report that another person can understand in order.
The principles behind it are simple:
- Capture should work offline
- Original media should remain intact
- Annotations should make evidence clearer
- AI may improve the writing, but must not invent facts
- The result should be a portable file, not data trapped in an account
That is why SceneBox creates EPUB and PDF reports locally on the iPhone. EPUB can carry the richer media experience, while PDF works well for familiar document and printing workflows.
