The 'Panel' is a free to download Chrome Extension that is able to look at an address on a property listing and present further information about that property, from true EPC ratings and potential uplift, boundary concerns, Article 4 direction, development restrictions / objections and calculate build costs for refurbishment and extensions for that specific property. The 'Dashboard' (platform) does this too with the ability to save properties to a user watchlist and provide more deeper findings.
Just a true frustration of when searching through property listings and being presented with either incorrect or out of date information from EPC ratings (very common), withheld boundary concern and HMO frequency within a specific area to name a few.
There are platforms that are able to provide this information but, none that are as intuitive and as accessible as our Panel + Dashboard. Other services tend to be directed towards larger development buyers and investors and this is reflected in their pricing.
