ScanIt Events
One QR code on the table. Every guest's Memory in one place.
Most event photo apps ask guests to download an app or make an account. Guests don't bother, and the host gets a fraction of the photos. ScanIt Events works from a card on the table. Guests scan with any phone camera and the page opens in the browser — no app, no signup, about eight seconds. They share photos, write a message, RSVP, or send a gift. It all lands on a live board, AI moderation keeps it clean, and the host downloads everything as one file. $99 per event. Unlimited guests.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built ScanIt Events after noticing the same thing at every wedding and party I went to: everyone spends the night taking photos, and the people the night is actually about end up seeing almost none of them. Everyone means to send them. Nobody does.
The existing options all asked guests to do something first — download an app, make an account, remember a link later. Guests at a wedding are not going to do any of that. So the constraint was that the whole thing had to work from a card on the table, with a phone camera, in under ten seconds. That shaped everything else.
How it works: the host creates an event, designs and prints QR table cards, and puts them out. Guests scan, then share photos, write a message, RSVP, or send a gift — all in the browser, no signup. It appears on a live board as it happens, and afterward the host downloads every photo and message as one file.
It's $99 per event. One payment, unlimited guests, no per-guest fees.
You can try it as a guest without signing up: scanitevents.com/demo/wedding
Happy to answer anything — and I'd genuinely like to hear what would make you actually use this at your own event.
