Scandiary

Weekly WCAG 2.1 AA monitoring for small online shops

We scan your site against WCAG 2.1 AA every Monday and email what changed since the last scan. No install, no account. Five pages free, twenty for $12 a month. It does not issue a compliance verdict, and a problem that disappears is reported as no longer detected, never fixed.

Hey, I built Scandiary because the EU's Accessibility Act now applies to small online shops that have no in-house developer and no accessibility budget. Every Monday it scans the same pages of your site against WCAG 2.1 AA and emails a dated report of what is new, increased, decreased, or no longer detected since the last scan. Two things worth knowing before you try it. Automated checks catch roughly a third of accessibility problems, so it never issues a compliance verdict, that needs a person. And when something disappears from a report, it says "no longer detected," not "fixed," because a page can change for reasons that have nothing to do with a real fix. Five pages are scanned free every Monday, and that free plan is not a trial. Happy to answer any questions!

Who hunted Scandiary?

Scandiary was hunted by TRABLEE. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
