I’m Shariful, founder of Sayify.
I built Sayify because most forms stop at collection. A client submits details, uploads files, explains the problem, maybe leaves a voice note, and then the real work starts manually: reading everything, extracting key details, deciding priority, assigning someone, writing notes, and following up.
Sayify is built to turn that intake step into an AI-powered workflow.
With Sayify, teams can collect voice, video, files, signatures, and structured responses in one form. Every submission can then become an AI case with transcription, summary, extracted details, sentiment, urgency, lead score, owner assignment, internal notes, tasks, autoresponders, and routing.
The goal is simple: help teams understand and act on submissions faster, without forcing clients to fill out long, rigid forms.
