I'm Shantanu, a solo developer, and Say AI Again is a joke that got out of hand.
It seemed like every meeting, keynote and earnings call said "AI" more than the last one, so I built someone to keep score. He's a chrome studio microphone with an afro and a black suit, and he holds a tally clicker. Every "AI", "artificial intelligence", "superintelligence" or "SI" gets a click and a shout. Past 20, he stops being smug and starts being furious.

Privacy, plainly: the app stores nothing and sends nothing to my servers (there aren't any, it's a single page). Speech-to-text is your browser's own, so in Chrome your audio goes to Google's speech service, the same as any voice-typing feature. It is not offline.
Honest limits: you need a browser with speech recognition (Chrome, Edge or Safari, not Firefox), tab listening is desktop-only, and accuracy is whatever your browser's recognizer manages.
