I recently took over SassCloner because I thought the core idea was genuinely useful: give it a SaaS URL and turn what you find into something actionable.
SassCloner analyses an existing SaaS product and helps break it down into its features, structure and functionality. It then turns that research into detailed PRDs and an organised Kanban board — giving you a practical blueprint rather than just a pile of competitor research.
I see two particularly useful ways to use it:
Entrepreneurs: analyse established products before deciding what to build or how to differentiate.
Existing businesses: analyse competitors, understand what they’re doing differently and identify opportunities to improve your own product.
