Sarta
Maintenance tracking for small landlords — without the bloat
Sarta is dead-simple maintenance tracking for small landlords — just right for 3–50 units. Collect tenant repair requests, assign vendors, and track every job from intake to close — without a bloated property-management suite. Free to start.
Hey PH 👋 I'm a landlord and got tired of tracking repairs across texts, spreadsheets, and my camera roll. Existing tools all assumed I also wanted to collect rent, run accounting, and screen tenants — I just wanted to not lose track of a leaky faucet.
So I built Sarta. It does one thing: the maintenance lifecycle. Tenants submit requests with photos via a public link, requests land in your queue, you assign a vendor, and close the ticket with after-photos + actual cost. That's it.
There's a live demo (no signup): [email protected] / demo1234. Would genuinely love feedback from other landlords on what's missing.
