Hi friends! I have developed some components of this system for a small outsourcing business to manage their sales pipeline in a relatively simple manner in Notion. Over time added additional features (see below) and I thought this might be helpful for some other folks out there so turned it into a template. Features: - Thought out lead database with battle tested parameters - Business view on probability adjusted pipeline value - Adjustable commissions for your network of affiliates and an overview of payable commissions - Action-based view with visibility on next steps and days since last contact for each lead Giving it away for free for you hunters out there for thet time being :) Enjoy!
