I built SafeAuto after watching people I know get burned buying used cars — vague listings, hidden mechanical costs that show up right after purchase, and prices that seemed off but were hard to verify in the moment.
The idea: read the listing the way a genuinely experienced buyer would, before you even message the seller. Score the deal, flag what's missing from the description, estimate what it'll actually cost to maintain, and give you real negotiating leverage instead of just a gut feeling.
It's currently focused on the French and German markets (Leboncoin, La Centrale, Mobile.de, AutoScout24) since that's where I could test it properly — happy to hear if there's demand elsewhere.
