I built SabrTime to solve a problem I personally struggled with — impulsive scrolling, instant reactions, and the constant urge to check something. Everything today pushes us to act fast. But very few tools help us slow down.
SabrTime is a simple web app that helps you practice patience in real moments — whether you're resisting social media, avoiding impulsive decisions, waiting for clarity, or just trying to stay calm. The idea is small: create intentional pauses before reacting. Over time, those pauses can build stronger discipline and a healthier relationship with technology.
I designed SabrTime to be minimal and frictionless. No complicated setup, no heavy features — just open the web app and start practicing patience. It’s built for students, creators, professionals, or anyone trying to reduce distractions and become more mindful in daily life.
