I built Saathi because I realized that many people silently struggle with stress, anxiety, overthinking, and loneliness - but don’t always feel comfortable talking about it. Mental health support often feels expensive, complicated, or simply unavailable when someone needs it most. So I wanted to create something simple, calming, and accessible — a companion that helps people check in with their emotions and feel supported every day. That’s why I named it Saathi (which means companion/friend). 💜 While building the app, I focused heavily on making the experience feel: Safe and non-judgmental Minimal and Gen-Z friendly Emotionally comforting instead of clinical This is just the beginning, and I’d genuinely love your feedback, ideas, and suggestions to make Saathi even better 🙌 Thank you for checking it out 💜
