I want to be upfront about how SaaS Pulse Media works, because I think the story is more interesting when it's honest.
The publishing engine powering the site is based on an open-source project called Nexus, built by Laurent Voanh on GitHub. I forked it, renamed it QYREN, and built heavily on top of it — adding trending topic detection, automatic social posting to X and LinkedIn, affiliate link management with clean redirect URLs, and a fully automated GitHub Actions deployment pipeline.
The result: two new expert SaaS articles published every week, automatically posted to social media, with zero manual content creation.
I'm not a developer by trade — I'm someone who found a brilliant open-source foundation and figured out how to turn it into something useful. Happy to share exactly what I built on top if anyone's curious.
