I'm an ML engineer who got tired of paying cloud markup just to spin up a quick GPU for inference testing. I also had friends with idle 4090s who'd happily rent them out β but existing platforms (RunPod, Vast.ai) add friction, accounts, and fees.
So I built RunSnack: paste a link, get a GPU terminal in your browser.
No accounts. No KYC. No platform fees.
The host runs a Docker container with GPU passthrough (sandboxed, read-only, privilege-dropped).
The renter opens a link and gets xterm.js in the browser.
Signaling is decentralized β no central server, no logs, no data collection.
It's free, open to all, and the marketplace lives on Discord (offers/requests/reputation).
