RUNR8
Track AI spend, ownership and ROI in one place
RUNR8 gives finance and operations one accountable view of AI spend. Connect multiple providers and billing files, then map costs to teams, owners and business use cases. Track targets and outcomes, compare spend with results, and create finance-ready reports showing what to scale, fix or stop. Billing data stays traceable, estimated figures stay labelled, and prompts are never collected.
Hey Hunters 👋
I built RUNR8 because we had no idea, and no way to prove, whether we were getting an ROI from our AI spend.
The numbers were scattered across provider dashboards, cloud bills, API Keys, Cursor/Codex invoices and team subscriptions. We could see tokens and totals, but not which team owned the spend, what business job it supported, or whether that job delivered anything valuable.
RUNR8 turns those disconnected bills into an accountable operating record.
You can:
• Connect multiple AI providers or import billing files
• Map projects, keys, workspaces and users to teams and use cases
• Assign owners and invite teammates
• Set the result each use case should deliver
• Compare spend with actual outcomes
• Produce finance-ready monthly and governance reports
• Record what to scale, fix or stop
A use case in RUNR8 is the business job AI is being paid to do, such as support ticket deflection, code review or sales research. That keeps the conversation focused on results instead of token charts.
We also designed the product around traceability. Invoice-reconciled, contract-derived and figures stay visibly separate. RUNR8 reads billing and usage metadata, not prompts or model responses.
The MVP is live with a 14-day trial, and I would especially value feedback from founders. finance, operations and engineering leaders:
1. Which provider or billing workflow should we support next?
2. What evidence would you need before using RUNR8 in a monthly finance review?
3. Where does your AI spend currently disappear from view?
Thanks for taking a look. I’ll be here answering questions and helping people connect their first provider.
