RotaStrata
Staff scheduling and timesheets without spreadsheet chaos
RotaStrata is staffing agency software for rota planning, client bookings, digital timesheets, compliance, payroll exports and invoicing.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built RotaStrata after seeing how many staffing and service businesses still manage rotas, timesheets and approvals through a mix of spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, email threads and last-minute phone calls.
RotaStrata is designed to bring that workflow into one place:
• plan shifts
• let workers view their rota
• capture timesheets
• approve hours
• keep everything ready for payroll and invoicing
The first version is aimed at agencies and service businesses where people are assigned to shifts across different clients, sites or roles.
I’d really welcome feedback from anyone who manages staff scheduling, timesheets or workforce operations — especially if you’ve ever had to ask “who’s working Tuesday?” more than once.
