Rostid

Don't run your company out of your personal accounts

One roster for your whole company. Add someone once and their access appears across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Atlassian, 1Password and Zoom — before their first standup, not three days and four reminders later. Remove them and it's gone everywhere, with a record of who had what. Okta wants a $1,500-a-year minimum. Rippling wants a sales call. Rostid is $5/seat flat. No minimum, no sales call, no card to sign up.

I'm Mike. I'm building Rostid. Every time I've started an organization and cared about identity and access control, the options have been bad. Okta has a minimum. Rippling wants a call. JumpCloud publishes prices, but you piece them together from tiers and add-ons, and the bigger packages still route to sales. Otherwise you're standing up an enterprise cloud setup on AWS or Azure just to get going. None of that should be necessary. Starting an organization shouldn't be expensive and it shouldn't be hard to get into. Rostid is one roster for your company. Add someone and their access shows up everywhere, remove them and it's gone, and there's a record the whole time of who had what. It's $5 a seat, no minimum, no sales call, no card needed to sign up. Which app would you want connected first?

Who hunted Rostid?

Rostid was hunted by Mike Haas. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
