I built ROLIII because job hunting feels far more repetitive and inefficient than it should. The same cycle happens again and again: search across multiple platforms, figure out whether a role is actually relevant, check if you’re eligible to apply, adapt your resume, prepare the application, then repeat. ROLIII started from a simple idea: what if your resume could become the starting point, and an AI assistant could continuously help you discover relevant opportunities, understand how well they fit your profile, and prepare stronger applications? One of the biggest challenges was job discovery itself. I didn’t want ROLIII to become another interface sitting on top of a few job boards. The goal is to discover opportunities across the wider web while also being transparent about things like job freshness, location eligibility, remote availability, relocation, and visa constraints. ROLIII is still evolving, and this launch is an important step in getting it into the hands of real job seekers. I’d really love feedback on the experience, the matching quality, and especially what would make ROLIII genuinely useful in your own job search. Thanks for checking it out ❤️
