Hey PH 👋
With the layoffs over the past few years, I've noticed that many of my friends are looking for startup jobs with a greater emphasis on who the investors are, how much funding they have, and whether the startup is profitable. Unfortunately, traditional job boards are not designed to surface this information.
Everyone starts their search with LinkedIn, but startup jobs are often buried alongside irrelevant roles and there's no way to filter by the factors you actually care about (size, stage, investors, etc.). In some cases, startups don't even list their jobs on LinkedIn.
To solve for this, people usually end up checking the portfolio job boards of leading VCs (e.g. a16z, Sequoia, etc.). While this works, regularly checking the portfolio job boards of multiple VCs takes way too much time and quickly becomes a full-time job in and of itself.
This is where RolesHQ comes in, we use AI to aggregate and tag jobs from 200+ VC portfolio job boards, with more to come soon!
