I built Roadmap Project because I realized that most fitness apps feel like a second job. I was tired of spending more time logging macros and filling out spreadsheets than actually working out.
I needed something where I could just put in the destination and have the plan adapt as I went. I’ve been using a prototype of this for myself over the past year to hit my own physique goals, and it completely changed my relationship with the gym. It removed the guessing and the mental fatigue of planning.
Why it's different: Most apps just give you a static plan or a blank logbook. Roadmap Project gives you an evolving strategy. You upload a weekly photo check-in, and the AI tells you exactly what to adjust in your workouts or diet to keep the momentum going.
