Ripazo

Manage your vacation home, together in one place

Ripazo is the private, invite-only dashboard for families and friends who co-own a vacation home. It replaces the group chat, the shared calendar, and the spreadsheet nobody trusts, with one page only your people can see: a booking calendar where weeks are requested and approved, expense tracking with receipts and split rules, arrival and departure checklists, photo albums, and house info like the WiFi and alarm codes. One price per property. Everyone you invite uses it for free.

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Lex, the maker of Ripazo. My family shares a vacation home in Ticino, Switzerland, and for three seasons we ran it the way most families do: a shared Google Calendar, a WhatsApp thread, and a spreadsheet that slowly stopped making sense. It works, right up until two families plan the same week, or nobody can remember who paid for something. Ripazo is what I built instead. It's a private, invite-only dashboard for the people who share one house. Anyone can request a week on the booking calendar and an admin approves it. Expenses get logged with a receipt and split however you've agreed. Arrival and departure checklists keep the meters read and the freezer switched off. Plus photo albums, house info, the WiFi code, and the activities you'd actually recommend nearby. One page, only the people you invite. I'm a solo founder, it's web-only for now, and there's plenty still on the roadmap. Today is its first day in the open, so I'd genuinely love your feedback. One question for anyone who has shared a house with family or friends: what caused the most friction for you? Booking the good weeks, the money, or something nobody warned you about? I'd really like to hear it. Happy to answer anything in the comments, and thanks for taking a look.
