Rinkmate
Chat, RSVPs, lineups and dues for your sports team
Rinkmate is the free team management app for coaches, managers and parents. Team chat, schedule with RSVPs, polls, roster, lineups and dues tracking in one place.
I'm Jack, the maker of Rinkmate.
I built it because running a team out of a group chat and a spreadsheet shouldn't be a second job. Most managers are volunteers, and the tools they get are either bloated or locked behind a per-team subscription.
Rinkmate puts the weekly stuff in one place:
Team chat with replies, reactions and pinned messages
A schedule with in/out/maybe RSVPs, plus CSV and Excel import
Per-game lineups on a rink, pitch, court or diamond, shared to chat in one tap. 16 sports have a layout, from hockey and soccer to pickleball, cricket and rugby
Polls, roster and dues tracking
League accounts with standings, divisions, brackets and bulk import
A few choices worth knowing:
Players are always free, and so are your first two teams.
Dues are tracked, not processed. We never touch your team's money.
It's a real web app, so a treasurer or commissioner can run things from a laptop. Android and Mac apps are out too.
It's early, so I'd love to hear what's missing for your sport or your league, and what you'd want before moving a team over. I'll be here all day answering.
