Riffiter
Log every album, rate every track, find your next
Riffiter is for people who care about the music they listen to and want a place to keep track of it. Rate albums and tracks with a half-star gesture and a haptic tick, and your verdict lands in a profile that's actually yours. Connect Last.fm and your recent plays show up ready to rate in seconds. Dig into charts you won't find anywhere else (most divisive, hidden gems), 30-second previews, and "albums like this" rails. Find concerts near you, log the shows you went to, and follow friends.
Hey Product Hunt,
I built Riffiter because the two apps I used for music never quite fit. RateYourMusic has the depth but it's dense and cold. Last.fm tracks everything and then does nothing with it. I wanted the thing Letterboxd is for film: rate what you finished, keep a profile that feels like yours, and stumble into your next favorite record.
So the whole app is built around making the rate take two seconds. Connect Last.fm, the albums you just played are sitting there waiting for a half-star swipe, and the haptic tick on each step is genuinely satisfying. From there you can wander: charts we generate from our own ratings (most divisive, hidden
gems), 30-second previews, "albums like this," and a real concerts section where you can log the shows you've been to.
It's iOS first, free, and very early, so I'd love to hear what's missing. Tell me what you'd rate first.

Who hunted Riffiter?
Riffiter was hunted by Furkan Namlı. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
