Hey guys,
Just wanted to share something that I have been working on lately. For the longest time, I had difficulty being consistent with routines, workouts, diets and so on. I kept trying to push myself to be productive and work out every day. But pushing myself to follow this felt like I was going against my body, and all it led to was exhaustion and weeks where I couldn't do anything. I thought it was my problem where I lacked discipline and willpower. That's when I started looking into productivity and tried to understand my body a little better.
So I started paying closer attention to my body instead of just fighting it. And I realised there were weeks when I was hyperproductive and weeks when my energy was really low. Turns out it coincided with my cycle phases.
I kept tracking this for months and finally saw the pattern. The way we measure productivity doesn't account for the fact that our bodies change literally every week. When our hormones shift with the different phases (follicular, luteal), our bodies react differently.
Which is why I built an app that tracks productivity based on your actual cycle instead of forcing the same routine every day.
Been trying it for a while and it's definitely helped me work with my body instead of against it. You can track mood, pattern insights, and how your cycle is changing over time.
If you relate to this, I would love your feedback if you want to try it!
