Hey Product Hunt - I built RFLX AI because interviews break down when the interviewer has to split attention between the candidate, notes, scorecards, and follow-ups.
RFLX is a native Mac app that helps recruiters stay present. It captures interview audio, transcribes the conversation, surfaces useful follow-up prompts while the call is still happening, and turns the interview into a structured debrief afterward.
The part I wanted to avoid: meeting bots. Candidates notice them, they change the feel of the call, and they are fragile across tools. RFLX runs as a native macOS app instead, so it works across Zoom, Teams, Meet, and in-person interviews.
