I built RevLeak in 7 days with limited coding experience — just me, Cursor, and Claude AI.
The idea came from a simple frustration: Shopify merchants are so focused on getting new customers that they don't notice money slipping out the back door. Unfulfilled orders where the customer paid but never got their product. Failed payments nobody followed up on. Shipping costs higher than what was charged. It adds up to thousands per month for most stores (invisibly). RevLeak scans your last 90 days of store data and shows you the exact dollar amount you're losing in about 30 seconds.
