In Italy, Revalia is the first B2C app that allows you to search and analyse actual property sale prices - not advertised prices.
It started with a simple problem: the tools to analyse the property market, from area analysis to investment return and property valuation, were scattered across different platforms. In Italy, data was simply not easily accessible to the consumer.
Having always had a passion for real estate, I decided to build Revalia.
This has been months of work - learning to build mobile products from scratch, building a proprietary data pipeline verified from official government sources, and focusing on a seamless user experience that integrates complex analytics into an intuitive, easy-to-use platform.
The idea was to start with three close but diverse markets, with the focus on building a scalable platform that can incorporate additional markets seamlessly. So hopefully Italy, France, the UK and the UAE are just the beginning.
