Retro
Team retrospectives with clear actions and Linear hand-off
Reflect together, group ideas and turn decisions into actions with owners and due dates. Sign in with email or Linear; invite guests by link. Publish selected actions to Linear, or export PDF and JSON. Free plan available.
Hi Product Hunt — I'm Matthew from Bit Zesty, the team behind Retro.
The question behind Retro is simple: what happens after the retrospective?
We built a shared board that carries the conversation through to a next step. Your team can reflect, group related notes, vote on priorities and turn a decision into an action with an owner and a due date.
If you use Linear, a facilitator can publish selected actions to the right team and project. If you don't, the board, action list and PDF/JSON exports work on their own.
A few details:
• Sign in with email or Linear to create a board.
• Guests can join a shared board without creating an account.
• Optional private reflection keeps new notes hidden from others until a facilitator reveals them. Shared notes retain their authors' names.
• Free includes one new retrospective per workspace per calendar month, for up to five participants including the creator and guests.
• Pro is US$20/month or US$200/year for the whole workspace, excluding applicable tax. No per-person fees; service safeguards apply.
For the Product Hunt community, PRODUCTHUNT takes 30% off monthly Pro for the first three months: US$14/month, then US$20/month, excluding applicable tax. It is for new paying customers, limited to 100 redemptions, and ends on 31 October 2026 (UTC). Choose monthly billing and enter the code in Stripe checkout.
I'd love to hear how your team handles follow-through: do actions stay on the retro board, move into your issue tracker, or end up somewhere else?
I'll be here for questions and feedback. You can try Retro at https://tryretro.app.

Who hunted Retro?
Retro was hunted by Matthew Ford. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
