While building RetraceKit, I realized something: error tracking has been mostly centered around individual errors and issues. But when something actually goes wrong in production, you rarely care about one error in isolation. You care about the incident.
So I decided to make Incidents a first-class concept in RetraceKit – and turn them into a core part of how you understand production problems.

I think this could be a game changer for how we approach error tracking – shifting the focus from collecting errors to understanding incidents. RetraceKit is my attempt to explore that direction.
