ResumeRoster
Anonymous resume feedback before recruiters see it
ResumeRoster is a community platform where people can post resumes, get honest public feedback, and improve before applying. You can submit anonymously, share the role you’re targeting, add the job description, and get specific roasts from other users on what to rewrite, reorder, quantify, or remove. The goal is not to make resumes “pretty.” It is to make them sharper, clearer, and more useful for real hiring screens.

Hey Product Hunt, I’m Shajith, and I built "ResumeRoster" because getting useful resume feedback is weirdly hard. Most people either ask friends who are too polite, post on LinkedIn where everything feels too public, or get generic advice like “use stronger action verbs.” But resumes need specific feedback: which bullet is weak, what proof is missing, what sounds inflated, what should be cut, and whether the resume actually matches the role. "ResumeRoster" lets people post resumes anonymously, add a job description, and ask the community for direct feedback. Others can roast the resume, reply in threads, react to useful comments, and help the best advice rise to the top. It’s not a resume builder. It’s closer to a public review room for resumes. I’d love feedback on three things: 1. Is the anonymous posting flow clear enough? 2. Would you trust this enough to post your own resume? 3. What would make the feedback feel more useful and less noisy? Thanks for checking it out. This one matters a lot to me.

ResumeRoster was hunted by Shajith Bathina. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
