The idea came from seeing talented people struggle to create resumes that could pass ATS screening and effectively showcase their skills. Many resume builders are either too complicated, expensive, or focused more on design than helping candidates get interviews.
I wanted to build a simple platform that helps users create professional resumes quickly while leveraging AI to improve content quality and presentation.
Building Resume4J taught me a lot about resume screening, ATS systems, and the challenges job seekers face. The product evolved from a basic resume generator into a tool focused on helping users present their experience more effectively.
