Hey, I'm Pablo, I built Respondm on my own.
I'm from Brazil, and when I started looking for a tool to automate Instagram replies, everything I found was priced in USD and more complicated than it needed to be. I wanted something simpler, with prices in reais. So I built it, and it only uses the official Meta API.
The part people use most is comment-to-DM. Someone comments a keyword on your post and gets a DM back, so a comment turns into a lead. You build the conversation in a visual flow editor and see a phone preview of every message while you do it. You can also require people to follow the account before they get the content, and export the leads you collect to CSV.
If a message fails to send it retries on its own, up to 3 times within 24 hours. It works in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
There's a free plan with 100 executions and no card needed. Paid plans start at $9.90 a month and you can cancel any time.
