ResellAIO
Track inventory, sales & profit. built for resellers
The complete inventory management platform designed for resellers. Track inventory, manage sales, monitor expenses, and maximize profits - all in one place.
Hey Product Hunt, I'm Alex, the maker of ResellAIO.
I ran my whole reselling operation out of a spreadsheet for years. Sneakers and streetwear across eBay, StockX, Grailed, and Depop. The problem is the spreadsheet kept telling me I was profitable when I wasn't. I was estimating fees instead of calculating them, shipping costs kept going missing, and since I sell from Australia, currency conversion was quietly eating margin on top of everything else. A few flips I was genuinely proud of turned out to be break-even once I sat down and counted every cost.
ResellAIO is what I built to fix that for my own operation first. It tracks your inventory and calculates profit using each platform's real fee rates, so when it says a sale made $34, it actually made $34 after fees, shipping, and expenses. It handles multiple currencies, pulls StockX market data so you can price against the market instead of gut feel, and flags stock that's been sitting too long.
The other thing I didn't see coming: half the sneaker resellers I know have moved into Pokémon TCG over the last couple of years, me included. Sealed product, slabs, singles. And card inventory is even messier than sneakers, because you're juggling way more SKUs at way lower price points, so a few dollars of untracked fees per sale adds up fast. ResellAIO doesn't care what you flip. Shoes, cards, whatever's next. The tracking problem is the same.
Funny thing is, I set out to build an inventory tracker. But every reseller I talked to while building it circled back to the same worry, which had nothing to do with tracking items and everything to do with not knowing what they were actually earning. That changed what I was building. Inventory is still in there, but it exists to feed the profit numbers, not the other way around.
I'd love to hear how other resellers handle this. What does your tracking setup look like right now, and where does it fall apart? I'm around all day and will reply to everything.
