Hi Product Hunt, I'm Nadun, the founder of Reqmora. This started with a visa application. Our consultant asked for a long list of documents. We handed some over in person, sent others by WhatsApp and email, and then, right before an important trip, the requests started again for things we'd already sent. We weren't short of documents. We were trying to prove we'd already done the work. When I talked to bookkeepers, I found they live a version of this every month. Statements arrive by email, receipts by text, and a big part of month-end goes on working out who's sent what and chasing the rest. What Reqmora does - You list what each client needs to send every month: statements, receipts, invoices, a few quick questions. - Each month, every client gets one private link, with no account or login, on the day you choose. - Reminders go out automatically, list only what's still missing, and stop once everything's in. - When a client uploads a PDF or photo, AI checks it's the right document for the right month. If someone sends August's statement instead of September's, they're told straight away, not two weeks later when you open the file. - You review each item, accept it or ask for a fix, and everything is filed by client and month. Who it's for: bookkeeping firms, from solo bookkeepers to teams with around 60 clients, who collect the same documents from the same clients every month. Try it without signing up: reqmora.com/sample shows exactly what your clients see. Upload a file named something like statement-june.pdf to watch a wrong month get caught. There are also free tools at reqmora.com/tools, like document request email templates and a calculator for what chasing costs your firm. Pricing is per firm: $25/month for up to 20 clients, $49 for up to 60. There's a 14-day free trial with no card needed. I'd really like your feedback, especially from bookkeepers and accountants: What's the most annoying part of getting documents from your clients today? I'll be here all day answering questions. Thanks for taking a look.
