Reqiem
Remember those you've lost — from anywhere in the world
I built Reqiem after losing someone dear — and being unable to visit their grave because of the war in Ukraine. For everyone separated from the places where their loved ones rest. Create memory pages with photos, biography, candles and flowers — start free, share with family anywhere in the world.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Maxim, a self-taught developer from Eastern Ukraine, where a full-scale war has been going on for over 4 years now.
After losing someone very dear to me, I couldn't even attend the funeral — and still can't visit the grave. The war made it impossible.
That emptiness wouldn't leave me. I started looking for a service where I could preserve the memory of someone I loved — a place to honor them: leave flowers, write something about them, or light a candle, even a virtual one. Everything I found was either a cold, soulless archive — or QR codes for gravestones.
Nothing felt right. So I built Reqiem.
A place where you can create a beautiful memory page for someone you've lost. Photos, biography, life dates, virtual candles and flowers. Private or public. Accessible from any device, anywhere in the world.
It started as something personal. Then I shared it with friends — and they started creating pages too. For parents, grandparents, friends. Someone even created one for their beloved pet.
It's free to start. Because grief has no price tag.
I'd love to hear your thoughts — and if you've ever lost someone you couldn't say goodbye to, this was built for you 🙏
