Hi, I'm Levi. Every workout used to start the same way: opening Google Sheets on my phone, scrolling to find the right spreadsheet, then switching to my calculator to figure out what goes on the bar. I'd logged every lift in those sheets since June 2025, so I turned them into an app that does the math for me and shows its reasoning for every lift. What it does: logs workouts, shows a calendar and history, and plans the next session. What I decided not to build: a social feed, exercise videos, or an Apple Watch app. It is a PWA, so there is nothing to install from a store. The free tier is the notebook and it stays free. The paid part is the planning. If you stop paying, you keep your log and can export it. I would like to hear which part of the planning you disagree with, because the rule is simple and I would rather fix it than defend it.

Who hunted RepStep?

RepStep was hunted by Levi Hansen. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
