I built Repsel because I wanted a Markdown editor that felt at home on Linux: focused, visually polished, and independent from online services. Repsel keeps documents as standard local Markdown files while providing live formatting, mathematical notation, contextual writing tools, and A4 PDF export. It is built with Tauri, Rust, React, and WebKitGTK, and released under the MIT License. Version 1.0.1 is now available as a Debian package and an AppImage. I would particularly value feedback on the writing experience, PDF output, and the features you would like to see next.
