We built Replydesk because customer support teams spend too much time turning the same conversation into different formats: a customer reply, an internal summary, an escalation note, or an FAQ draft. General-purpose AI tools can help, but they usually require repeated prompting, editing, and context switching.
With Replydesk, we focused on structured support workflows instead of an open-ended chatbot. A team member can paste a customer thread, choose the required action, and receive a ready-to-review result that preserves the original facts and brand tone. The same workflows are also available through an API for integration into existing helpdesks and internal tools.
While building the product, we learned that support teams do not necessarily need more AI features. They need faster, predictable actions that fit into the way they already work.
