We started building Repliant because most customer-facing AI still stops at the reply.
A customer asks for something, the bot answers — but someone still has to open the CRM, check availability, update the record, book the appointment, follow up, or actually resolve the request.
We wanted to remove that gap.
Repliant connects customer conversations across voice and messaging with the systems a business already uses, so the agent can take the next step instead of just generating text.
That can mean qualifying a lead, booking an appointment, updating a record, triggering a workflow, following up, or handling a routine customer request.
We’ve tried to keep the product simple from the outside, even though there’s a lot happening underneath.
We’re launching here because we want feedback from people actually running businesses, support teams, sales teams, and agencies.
