Rental Leak
Stop rental costs from leaking across your jobsites
Rental Leak is construction software built for contractors managing rented equipment, temporary services, owned equipment, billing cycles, invoices, returns, tasks, and daily logs across multiple jobsites. Unlike rental-company software, Rental Leak is built for the contractor paying the rental bill. It helps field and office teams catch rollover costs, track current exposure, manage keep/return decisions, and replace scattered spreadsheets with one simple workflow.
I built Rental Leak because contractors can lose money on rentals simply by losing track of what is still on rent, where it is, and when the next billing cycle hits.
The goal was to make that easier without turning it into another huge construction platform. Rental Leak focuses on rented and owned equipment, temporary services, billing cycles, current costs, keep/return decisions, invoices, tasks, and daily logs across jobsites.
I’m especially interested in feedback from contractors, project managers, supers, and operations teams who still manage a lot of this in spreadsheets.
