Remy

The AI fitness coach that remembers your injuries.

Remy is an AI fitness coach that remembers your injuries, preferences, and progress — getting smarter after every session. Unlike other apps, Remy searches the live web for exercises in real time, not a static database, so results are always current and sourced. Tell it your bad knee once. It never forgets. Every search automatically filters around your limitations and explains why each exercise is safe.

Hey👋 I'm Christavain — solo founder and the person who built Remy. The idea came from a personal frustration. Every fitness app I tried forgot everything I told it. I'd mention my knee injury, get one session of adjusted exercises, then the next session it was back to suggesting squats. So I built an app that actually remembers. The part I'm most proud of: Remy doesn't pull from a static exercise database. It searches the live web in real time using GPT-4o, so every result is current, sourced, and explained. It tells you WHY each exercise is safe for your specific situation — not just what to do. Happy to answer anything — tech stack, design decisions, the injury memory architecture, how the AI coaching works, pricing decisions, anything. And if you have an injury that's been stopping you from working out — I'd love to know what it is. That's exactly who I built this for.

Who hunted Remy?

Remy was hunted by Remy. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
